Markets operate by laws of supply and demand. Right now markets are still out of balance. We have more supply (excess inventory) than we have demand. We have more homes than we have qualified buyers. In many of our markets half of our buyers are cash investors looking for bargains for investment. These buyers come in and make improvements to the property but not to the stability and preservation of the neighborhood. The best way to save and preserve these neighborhoods is to promote owner occupant buyers who will have a stake in their neighborhood. They will bring stability and restore home values to these detressed properties. Let me show you what financing options are available that allow you as an owner occupant purchaser to borrow the money to buy a bargain distressed property and renovate it to your liking.
